    这几天都暴饮暴食,而且都没有运动,不过还好,今天过来称了一下,还是75kg。
         器械:胸
         做了四组双杠
         平推×4×10,max50kg;
         上斜推×4×10,max45kg;
         飞鸟×4×12,max20kg
        
          
          有氧:跑步机
          坡度0,spd8×30min,spd10×6min;
     
         共用时36分钟,距离5公里。
         本周累计训练量5公里,月累计训练量47.2公里,年累计训练量57.7公里。
     
         腰腹:压了压腿,单杠抬腿10×4,跟一个哥们学了一个动作,把脚后跟放在杠铃上,人仰卧负重10kg,缩腹起坐,超累的动作。
          
         今日饮食
            8:10早餐:牛奶一杯,甜甜圈
          12:10午餐:排骨,青菜,紫菜汤,米饭一碗
          20:45 晚餐:稀饭,黄豆焖猪皮,豌豆,海蛎
